Discover artist Helene Sorensen
Friday 23 August / 10am – 12 noon and 2 – 4pm / Free
Helene’s practice is largely research based, often collaborative, and incorporates sound, performance, photography and installations. With a focus on food security and what the future holds her work takes a community style approach. Today’s session focusses on food sustainability and encourages participants to think about the possibility of living in a more watery world. Inspired by an imaginary tale about a flooded farmland you are invited to join in to create an imaginary arc style boat along with a flotilla of smaller boats to sail alongside.
